On January 1, 2020, Lower Cape Fear Hospice formally changed its name to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare to better represent the spectrum of care and support they provide those in our community.
Join us as we pay tribute to friends and loved ones receiving tribute tiles on our Continuum Wall and Garden Dedications in the John T. Dees, M.D. and Mrs. Jenny L. Dees Heritage Garden in Wilmington.
Tributes and dedications support our mission to ensure no one is ever refused care based on their ability to pay. They are a gift from families to families to provide them with the care and support they need when they need it most.
Ceremonies are hosted rain or shine. While some seating is provided, we kindly ask that you bring seating should you need it. The Ceremony will last approximately 45 minutes.
