On January 1, 2020, Lower Cape Fear Hospice formally changed its name to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare to better represent the spectrum of care and support they provide those in our community.
Family members, friends and LCFL team members will join to recognize and remember loved ones
and veterans at the Continuum Celebration of Life ceremony at the John T. Dees, MD and Mrs. Jenny L. Dees Heritage Garden in Wilmington.
Each life creates patterns that live on beyond us. This sentiment inspires the Continuum Tribute Wall. Its undulating form harkens to the constant cycle of birth, life, and death. Each of us leaves impressions and patterns on the lives of those around us. Each impression and pattern forms us as we move forward.
While some seating is provided, we kindly ask that you bring seating if you need it. Ceremonies are conducted rain or shine.
