On January 1, 2020, Lower Cape Fear Hospice formally changed its name to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare to better represent the spectrum of care and support they provide those in our community.
Yep, you heard right, First Chance for White Pants! We’re hosting a pre-party event in conjunction with our annual Last Chance for White Pants Gala at Waterline Brewing. Building on our theme based on an old Southern fashion law as to when it is acceptable to wear White Pants (beginning Memorial Day and ending Labor Day), we’re happy to announce this fun scaled-down version of our annual gala in partnership with Waterline Brewing.
Tickets are $35 per person and include live music from Justin Cody Fox and one beverage of your choice. Children under twelve are free. There is a suggested $10 donation for youth younger than 21.

Food trucks Wheelz Pizza and Chrome Gnome will be onsite. There will be prizes to be won and you can get your tickets for our Rare Bourbon Raffle (winner will be drawn at Last Chance for White Pants Gala on Aug. 26). Enjoy white pants fashions from local boutiques and men’s shops: J. Huffman of Sunset Beach, Cloth+Design, Lula Balou, Blakeley’s, and Gentleman’s Corner.
