Hope For The Holidays Grief Workshop – Wilmington

This is a single meeting workshop for people who are grieving the death of a loved one in anticipation of the holiday season and holiday gatherings.

The holiday season is a time to gather with our families and friends, but how do we do that when one of the most important people will not be there? Our outlook on the holidays can be very different; perhaps we even dread these times, which should be happy, but instead feel wrong this year. This workshop will provide an opportunity to share our concerns with others who are in a similar situation, and our facilitator will give gentle guidance and practical advice for finding meaning this holiday season.
