On January 1, 2020, Lower Cape Fear Hospice formally changed its name to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare to better represent the spectrum of care and support they provide those in our community.
Join Lower Cape Fear LifeCare as we pay tribute to friends and loved ones during our Fall Celebration of Life Tribute Ceremony at our SECU Hospice House of Brunswick. We will gather to honor and remember those receiving tribute tiles on our Impressions wall or those receiving dedications in our Brunswick Garden.
The ceremony will last between 30-45 minutes. Limited seating is available. Please consider bringing a chair should you need one. Ceremonies are hosted rain or shine in a covered area.
