Navigating Grief – Brunswick

The sessions will allow participants to gain an understanding and deepen their awareness of the grief process. The sessions will help participants build skills to make the feeling, holding, responding to, and learning of grief work more manageable. The sessions will be close-ended. • 6-week series starting 7/20/26 and ending on 8/25/26
• Meets weekly on Mondays
• Sign up for the first session and please commit to attending all sessions in the series
• Brunswick County. Location will be shared when registering.
