On January 1, 2020, Lower Cape Fear Hospice formally changed its name to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare to better represent the spectrum of care and support they provide those in our community.
Family and friends will join at our SECU Hospice House of Brunswick in Bolivia to remember loved ones being honored with a tribute tile on our Impressions Wall or with a memorial in our Veterans Memorial Garden or Brunswick Garden. The Impressions Dedication Ceremony will be conducted rain or shine. While some seating is provided, we kindly ask that you bring seating if needed. Attendees should dress however they feel most comfortable for this remembrance ceremony that will last for approximately 45 minutes. After the ceremony, attendees are invited to locate their loved one’s tile or memorial and spend time with Lower Cape Fear LifeCare leadership and team members. There is no limit to the number of family members or friends who may join for the ceremony. Light refreshments will be provided.
