Lower Cape Fear LifeCare’s Center for Palliative Medicine is the first free-standing palliative clinic in southeastern North Carolina. Located in Wilmington’s Barclay Commons, the clinic provides compassionate, expert care for patients living with serious illnesses. Our team partners with patients and their providers to relieve pain, manage symptoms, and reduce stress to help each person improve quality of life while continuing treatment.
