Cape Fear Festival of Trees is one of the area’s oldest and favorite holiday traditions – be a part of the magic!
Once again at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, this year’s festival will run from Friday, Nov. 26 until Monday, Jan. 3, open all hours and days as the aquarium (Sun-Sat 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; closed Christmas Day).
Admission to the aquarium is all you need to delight in a forest of festively decorated trees disbursed throughout the wildlife and aquatic exhibits of the aquarium. Tickets MUST be purchased in advance.
The festival is the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit, get tree-trimming ideas of your own, or entertain kids on holiday break or out-of-town visitors.
All proceeds from this year’s Cape Fear Festival of Trees benefit Lower Cape Fear LifeCare’s mission to provide individuals and families in our community living with serious and life-limiting illness with the care and support they need when they need it most. These funds will go to work immediately in our community.
Special thanks to our presenting sponsor, First Citizens, for their continued support of this event!
