On January 1, 2020, Lower Cape Fear Hospice formally changed its name to Lower Cape Fear LifeCare to better represent the spectrum of care and support they provide those in our community.

Lower Cape Fear LifeCare’s Cape Fear Festival of Trees
Set amidst the backdrop of the amazing aquatic displays of the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher, Lower Cape Fear LifeCare’s Festival of Trees has been been a favorite holiday tradition of the region for decades. A forest of uniquely decorated trees is sure to delight all ages.
Price of admission to the aquarium is all you need to enjoy this holiday tradition from November 22 through December 30. You must purchase tickets in advance on the aquarium’s website. Lower Cape Fear LifeCare receives no proceeds from admission sales. Donations are welcome.
Proceeds from Cape Fear Festival of Trees go to work immediately in our community to ensure that everyone has access to the care and support they need when they need it most, regardless of their ability to pay. Each year, proceeds from this event, along with our other fundraisers, donations, and memorials and tributes, provide more than one million dollars in care and supportive services to people in our community.
