Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Partners with Wilmington Health to Open Outpatient Palliative Care Clinic in Onslow County
Lower Cape Fear LifeCare and Wilmington Health are pleased to announce the opening of a new outpatient palliative care clinic in Onslow County. The clinic, located within Wilmington Health’s Jacksonville office, opened on February 19, 2025. It will operate as a weekly half-day clinic and be staffed by Stefanie Harman, NP, who will also offer telehealth services to expand access to care.
This partnership combines Wilmington Health’s expertise as a leading primary care and multi-specialty medical practice with Lower Cape Fear LifeCare’s leadership in hospice, palliative care, and memory care services. Together, the organizations aim to enhance access to patient-centered care by improving the quality of life for individuals with serious illnesses by managing symptoms and providing emotional support to patients and families.
